Three things that matter

Floating first. Then comfort and fit.

01

Floats in seawater

The non-hollow frame is designed to stay on the surface if it slips off near the shore, board or boat.

02

Ultralight comfort

Less frame weight through long outdoor sessions, heat and repeated movement.

03

Adjustable by hand

Fine-tune the temples for a secure fit without hard pressure points.

FAQ

FlexFoam™, clearly explained.

Three practical answers before you choose your frame and lens setup.

What is FlexFoam™?

FlexFoam™ is 2nu’s non-hollow, lightweight and flexible frame system. It can be adjusted by hand and is designed to float in seawater.

Is Floatanium the same as FlexFoam™?

Yes. Floatanium was the earlier name for the same frame technology. FlexFoam™ is the current name.

Does every FlexFoam™ setup float the same way?

No. Standard non-prescription FlexFoam™ configurations are designed for seawater buoyancy. Hexachroma options marked FLOAT MAX provide 2nu’s strongest floating performance. Prescription lenses add weight and can affect buoyancy.
