Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Our daily order cut-off time is 09:00 HKT. Standard orders require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.
These standard processing and transit estimates apply to TryOn and Outlet orders.
Fulfilment origin
Orders for Singapore and Malaysia are dispatched from Singapore.
Orders for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and all other destinations are dispatched from Hong Kong.
All prescription sunglasses are produced and dispatched from Hong Kong.

All transit estimates are counted Monday to Friday. They begin after the order has been dispatched and do not include standard order processing or prescription production time.
Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold depend on the delivery destination, product and order value. The applicable shipping option and amount are displayed at checkout.
Prescription orders
Prescription sunglasses require exactly 20 business days, counted Monday to Friday, for production and are dispatched from Hong Kong. Once production is complete and the order has been dispatched, the applicable destination transit time begins. The standard 1–2-business-day processing period is not added to prescription orders.
Pre-order products
Pre-order products are not covered by the standard 1–2-business-day processing period or the transit estimates above. Any dispatch estimate stated on the relevant product page or in the order information applies instead. If no estimate is shown, please contact 2nu before ordering.
Customer responsibility for tax compliance
For every cross-border order, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and related charges. There are no market exceptions.
General overview
By using this website and purchasing products from 2NU (H.K.) Limited or 2nu Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable local tax regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or similar charges imposed by your local authorities.
Import duties and customs charges
For international orders—that is, orders delivered across a customs border from the dispatch location—your destination may impose import duties, customs fees, or other related charges. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
It is your responsibility to check with your local customs or tax authorities to understand the applicable requirements and rates before placing an order. We do not control these charges and are unable to predict their amounts.
Prescription sunglasses — shipping origin and import taxes
Please note that all prescription sunglasses are manufactured and dispatched from Hong Kong, regardless of the delivery destination.
For customers outside Hong Kong, prescription orders may therefore be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or other local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities, are not included in the product price, and must be settled by the customer.
VAT and GST compliance
If you are located in a jurisdiction where VAT, GST, or similar consumption taxes apply, you are responsible for ensuring that these taxes are paid in accordance with local regulations.
Product prices displayed on our website may not include VAT or GST. Where applicable, these taxes may be calculated and added during checkout based on your shipping address.
Documentation and records
We may provide invoices or relevant documentation with your order to assist with local tax compliance. It is your responsibility to retain these records for your own reference and any required tax reporting.
