We’re users too, and we know how frustrating it is when your favourite pair takes a hit. It’s not just about replacing them—it’s the time, the hassle, and finding something that fits just right again. Our no-brainer care solution gets you back to nature fast, so you can unleash your vision without missing a beat.

🛠️ What’s Included

Whether it’s minor or major, any damage to your sunglasses is covered under the 2nu Care Program. That includes:

  • Lens issues
  • Frame damage
  • Hinges, arms, nose pads — whatever took the hit

We’ll offer a replacement with a flat care fee (shipping included):

Hong Kong: HK$300 for standard sunglasses, HK$800 for prescription sunglasses

Australia: AU$60 for standard, AU$160 for prescription

New Zealand: NZ$65 for standard, NZ$175 for prescription

Singapore: SG$55 for standard, SG$150 for prescription

Other countries: AU$60 for standard sunglasses, AU$160 for prescription sunglasses

(Some countries may have additional shipping fees)

🚫 What’s Not Included

The 2nu Care Program does not apply to:

  • Lost or stolen sunglasses
  • Sunglasses bought second-hand or without proof of purchase
