If you’re not satisfied with your sunglasses, either it’s not fit for your face, or you don’t like the style, or whatever reason, we will gladly exchange another pair for you or take it back within 14 days if it’s unworn and undamaged (a try on is cool, but a sweaty run is less cool).
For exchange or refund, let our customer support team know via support@2nu.vision and provide:

  • A summary of your reason for return

Shipping & Delivery

We know you want to receive your 2nu performance sunglasses as soon as possible. Once you place your order our operation team will prepare the order at fulfilment centre. If you’ve ordered before 1pm (Sydney time) most likely your package will be sent to courier in the same day. For “Custom Order”, it may take 3 days longer depending on the stock level of the particular items.

Our operation team located both in Sydney, Australia, and Hong Kong SAR. They take break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those day will be prepared and shipped the following business day.

We currently ship worldwide using fast couriers to deliver almost anywhere within 10 days, and we offer FREE EXPRESS shipping worldwide!
