Can I use these underwater?

2nu sunglasses are made for outdoor surface use around water, not as swim goggles or diving eyewear. After seawater exposure, rinse away residue with clean water and dry with a clean cloth.

Do I need prescription water sports sunglasses?

Very loose fitting and it jumps/wobbles excessively during light run. There is no way to tighten the band.
