We can’t guarantee cancellations, but we’ll move fast to action it where possible.

Prescription Orders

Prescription items normally need an additional 4–6 weeks processing time before shipment (depending on demand and product queue). This may take longer during busy holiday seasons and promotional periods.
If you’ve placed your order and it’s past the processing time and proposed delivery timeframe, reach out to the 2nu Care Team and we’ll help you check.

Because prescription items are personalised and made to order, they aren’t accepted under our 14 Day Returns Policy.
This is shown before you enter prescription details on the product page, and must be agreed to before adding the item to cart.
Even though personalised items aren’t eligible for return, they’re still covered under our 2nu Care Program.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. If your sunglasses don’t feel right—fit, style, or anything else—you can exchange them, or return them within 14 days as long as they’re unworn and undamaged (a try-on is cool; a sweaty run is less cool).
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Prescription items aren’t eligible.
Please note items in Online Outlet or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.To start a return or exchange, reply to your Order Confirmation email or the WhatsApp message. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll email you to confirm your refund has been issued.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping & Delivery

We move fast. Once you place your order, our operations team prepares it at our fulfilment centre.
If you order before 09:00, your package will most likely be handed to the courier the same day. (Except prescription sunglasses which has a production lead time.)
Our operations team is based in Singapore and Hong Kong SAR. We take weekends and national holidays off — orders placed on those days will be prepared and shipped the next business day.
Estimated delivery times:
- 1–2 business days: Hong Kong, Singapore
- 2–3 business days: Macau, Malaysia
- 3–5 business days: Taiwan and Other Asian Countries
- 7–11 business days: Rest of the World

After your order is placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your order details. That email includes your tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Tracking may take 1–2 working days to become active. If you don’t see updates right away, check back a little later.

To extend the lifespan of your lenses, follow these basics:
*When not in use*
• Keep your sunglasses in a case or pouch to avoid damage.
• Avoid placing them on your head, around your neck, or hooking them onto your shirt—this increases the risk of scratches or loss.
*Cleaning*
• Rinse under a gentle stream of tap water to remove dust or debris.
• Gently shake off excess water.
• Dry and clean with a microfiber cloth or pouch (usually included).
• For heavier oil, apply optical cleaner or isopropyl alcohol (75% or less) to the microfiber cloth and gently wipe.
• Avoid glass cleaners with ammonia.
*Use a microfiber cleaning cloth*
• Avoid using t-shirts or paper towels—these can scratch lenses.
• Most lenses are polycarbonate. 2nu sunglasses include a scratch-resistant coating, but scratches can still happen.
