What Lifetime Care is

A simple replacement path after real use.

Accidents happen. A pair can get dropped on a trail, crushed in a bag, or damaged during normal outdoor life. 2nu does not want the process to become an argument about exactly how it happened.

The program is direct: send your order number if available, or the email or phone used at checkout, together with clear photos. If the pair is eligible, 2nu confirms the fixed care fee and replacement path before payment or next steps move ahead.

Any damage to your 2nu sunglasses

Frame damage, lens damage, drops, crushing, taking the pair apart, accidental damage, or a pair that is no longer usable can use the Lifetime Care replacement path. 2nu focuses on the replacement, not a long argument about how the damage happened.

What is not covered

Only two clear exclusions.

Lifetime Care is a simple low-cost replacement path. If the case is not loss, theft, second-hand purchase or missing valid proof of purchase, 2nu focuses on arranging the replacement.

Loss or stolen

Lost or stolen sunglasses are not covered.

Second-hand / no proof

Sunglasses purchased second-hand or without valid proof of purchase are not covered.

How to request replacement

Send the details once, clearly.

The fastest route is WhatsApp Customer Care; email works too. Send the order details and photos once, and 2nu will confirm the care fee, payment and next step.
