All online orders come with a tracking number which we will send to you via both Whatsapp and email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 48 hours from purchase for the shipping confirmation email and tracking details to be updated.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with our 2nu Care Team within 2 hours of submitting payment.
To submit a request, please reach out to our 2NU Care Team by replying the Order Confirmation email or Whatsapp message and let us know the change you want to make. We will respond as soon as possible to action accordingly.
We will do our best to accommodate but there are no guarantees.
Please be advised that any requests for order changes may not be processed if submitted past the 2 hour time-frame.

How it works:
1. Choose your preferred 2nu Sunglasses model below and press "Shop Now"
2. If you like to, further customize your frame colours and lens colours, or upgrade your frame.
3. Press "Add to Cart", and you will be asked to input your Prescription detail. You may choose to send to us after checkout.
4. Your 2nu Prescription Sunglasses will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of us receiving your prescription, depending on the production queue. -
Prescription items will normally take 4-6 weeks additional processing time before shipment (depending on demand and product queue). Please note that this processing time may increase during busy holiday seasons and promotional periods.
If you have placed your order and are yet to receive your order passed the required processing time and proposed delivery timeframe, please reach out to 2nu Care Team for further assistance. -
As personalisation is made to order, personalised items are not accepted under our 14 Day Returns Policy.
This is also specified before entering your prescription details on the product page, and must be agreed to before adding the item to cart.
Even though personalised items are not eligible for return, they are still covered under our Lifetime Care Program. -
There's a standard condition for floating seawater:
- Seawater temperature below 25°C
- Seawater salinity above 36 PSU (Practical Salinity Units)
However, FlexFoam™ frame with prescription lenses may affect the floating performance partially.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, if you’re not satisfied with your sunglasses, either it’s not fit for your face, or you don’t like the style, or whatever reason, we will gladly exchange another pair for you or take it back within 14 days if it’s unworn and undamaged (a try on is cool, but a sweaty run is less cool).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that Prescription items are not eligible.
For returns or exchanges, reply the Order Confirmation email or Whatsapp message within 2hrs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We know you want to receive your 2nu performance sunglasses as soon as possible. Once you place your order, our operations team will prepare the order at our fulfilment centre. If you’ve ordered before 3.00pm (Sydney time) or 12.00 (Hong Kong time), most likely your package will be sent to the courier on the same day. For “Custom Order”, it may take 1-2 days longer depending on the stock level of the particular items.
Our operations team is located in Singapore, Sydney/Australia, and Hong Kong SAR. They take a break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be prepared and shipped the following business day.
We currently ship worldwide using fast couriers to deliver almost anywhere within a week, and the timeframe and shipping cost is listed below:
1-2 business days
Australia / NSW, Hong Kong, Singapore
2-3 business days
Australia / other states, Macau, Malaysia
3-5 business days
New Zealand, Taiwan, Other Asian Countries

We provide fast and free express shipping for all orders over A$60 to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
For orders shipped outside these regions, a shipping fee of A$65 will apply per order. Additional taxes and duties may be incurred and are the responsibility of the customer. -
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email and Whatsapp message with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 1-2 working days for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

WHAT’S THE WARRANTY ON YOUR SUNGLASSES?
All 2NU Performance Sunglasses come with a 2NU Lifetime Care Program that covers the repair or replacement of your sunglasses.
Some damages are irreparable for us, such as:
- Lens scratches
- Lens broken
- Frame broken
In such cases, we will offer a replacement under the warranty. Each incident is subject to the replacement fees (shipping included) below:
Replacement Fee (all 2nu Sunglasses except Prescription Sunglasses):
Australia: AU$60
Hong Kong: HK$300
New Zealand: NZ$65
Singapore: SG$55
Rest of the World: AU$60 (we may charge a shipping fee in some countries)
Replacement Fee for Prescription Sunglasses:
Australia: AUD$160
Hong Kong: HK$800
New Zealand: NZ$175
Singapore: SG$150
Rest of the World: AU$160 (we may charge a shipping fee in some countries)
In the unfortunate event that the replacement of the ordered model is no longer available, we will extend a special offer to acquire a new pair of replacement sunglasses as compensation for our inability to fulfill the guarantee.
The warranty does not cover loss or theft, any defects caused by improper use, sunglasses that were bought secondhand or without proof of purchase directly from 2nu, and cosmetic damages such as:
- general wear and tear generated from using the sunglasses.
- Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the sunglasses.

To extend the lifespan of the lenses, please follow these guidelines:
*When not in use*
• Keep your sunglasses in a case or pouch to avoid damage. Avoid placing them on your head, around your neck, or
hooking them onto your shirt, as this increases the risk of scratching or losing them.*Cleaning*
• Rinse your sunglasses under a gentle stream of tap water to remove any dust or debris.
• Gently shake the glasses to remove most of the water from the lenses.
• Carefully dry and rub the lenses and frame with a microfiber cloth or pouch, which usually comes with the sunglasses.
• For excessive oil, apply optical cleaner or isopropyl alcohol (75% or less) to the microfiber cloth and gently rub the lenses to remove the oil.
• Avoid using glass cleaners with ammonia.

• Avoid using your t-shirt or paper towel to clean your sunglasses, as these materials can scratch the lenses.
• Most sunglasses lenses are made with polycarbonate, and 2nu sunglasses have an added scratch-resistant coating, but
