If you’re not satisfied with your sunglasses, either it’s not fit for your face, or you don’t like the style, or whatever reason, we will gladly exchange another pair for you or take it back within 14 days if it’s unworn and undamaged (a try on is cool, but a sweaty run is less cool).

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that Prescription items are not eligible.

For returns or exchanges, please sign in with your email or phone number at Return Order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Note: 

1. Returned sunglasses should be without significant damage.
2. Due to the custom nature of Prescription sunglasses and each product being made-to-order from individual prescriptions, we do not accept returns or exchange for Prescription sunglasses
