Refund policy

If your sunglasses don’t feel right — whether it’s the fit, the look, or simply not quite what you expected — we’re happy to help within our return eligibility guidelines.

You may return or exchange your sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they remain unworn beyond normal try-on and undamaged. Trying them on is absolutely fine; taking them out for a sweaty run is not.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be sent back in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Prescription sunglasses are not eligible for return or exchange, as each pair is custom-made to individual prescriptions.

To start a return or exchange, simply reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us via the WhatsApp button at the bottom right corner of our website.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Returned sunglasses must show no significant signs of wear or damage
  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Prescription sunglasses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • TryOn products, Online Outlet items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds
  • Return shipping is arranged by the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable; if free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
