The 2NU Care Program covers damage caused by real use — whether it’s minor or major.

  • Lens damage
  • Frame damage
  • Hinges, arms, nose pads — any part that takes the hit

If it affects performance or usability, it’s covered.

We offer a replacement at a flat care fee (shipping included):

HK$300 for standard sunglasses
HK$800 for prescription sunglasses

Singapore / Malaysia
SG$55 for standard
SG$150 for prescription

Australia
AU$100 for standard
AU$180 for prescription

Other countries
US$100 for standard sunglasses
US$180 for prescription sunglasses

Additional shipping fees may apply in some regions.

What’s Not Covered

  • Lost or stolen sunglasses
  • Sunglasses purchased second-hand or without valid proof of purchase

If your original model is out of stock, you’ll receive a special upgrade offer toward a new pair instead.
